Di nine-member committee report say six pipo die for di accident out of 102 passengers. 85 passengers dey inside di staff bus and 17 dey inside di train.

As part of dia recommendations, di committee advise death benefits for families of pipo wey lose dia lives, provision of employment to one employable child of di deceased and concessionary scholarship to one of di deceased biological pikin.

Dem recommend say make dem pay accident victims full insurance claims as compensation and any staff victim wey get permanent disability go get compensation.

Di State Executive Council will take decision on di committee recommendations.
